We expect:
- at least two years of experience, preferably in sales
- minimum V. degree, preferably in economics
- good communication skills and good written and spoken language skills
- active knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- good organisational skills, systematic and accurate work
- knowledge of MS Office computer tools

Tasks:
- sales support, especially for sales staff in administrative tasks
- supervision of accounts receivable
- preparation of documentation in processes between sales, other departments and customers
- assisting with invoicing and organising transport
- assisting in communication with customers

Naloge:
- podpora prodaji, predvsem prodajnikom pri administrativnih delih
- nadzor nad terjatvami
- priprava dokumentacije v procesih med prodajo, drugimi oddelki in strankami
- pomoč pri izdajanju računov in organizaciji prevozov
- pomoč pri komunikaciji s strankami
