Electronic newsletters (“e-newsletters”)

If the user decides to opt-in to our mailing list on “Contact us” form, the user subscribes to receiving Spintec e-newsletters. The user who selects the "Yes, I would like to receive updates about products and services, promotions, special offers, news and events" field on the “Contact us” form, acknowledges and agrees that Spintec uses the user's e-mail address with the purpose of informing him / her about novelties, offers, discounts, promotional activities, events, for sending relevant business notices and for statistical processing.
When the user subscribes to our e-news, Spintec collects only the e-mail address that the user enters into the “Contact us” form. Spintec processes this information exclusively for the purpose of informing about novelties, offers, discounts, promotional activities, events, for sending relevant business notices and for statistical processing.
If at any time the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or the user may contact us via our Website. E-mail data is stored until the user unsubscribes from our mailing list.
